Word Press Setup

This is a collection of notes, so other can know how I setup this site.
This site has been setup using the following:
- Insert page - I have used this to setup static text areas on my home page as WordPress Pages
- Secure Files - I am using this plugin to deal with the file storage of releasing files. This allows me to keep the files outside of the executable area of the rest of the site.
- Theme - ??????
